- there are various types of hydrometers in different scales: Brix(USA), Baumé (France), Oechslé (Germany, Switzerland), Balling (South Africa), Klosterneuburger mostwage (Austria), Normalizovaný moštoměr (Czechia, Slovakia)

pH litmus papers
- scale 1-10
Thermometer (measuring temperature of must)
Fermentation trap
- a standard or DIY
- DIY: 1. plastic foil and rubber band, 2. ballon and rubber band 3. straw, hammer and nails, small cup of water, silicon gun, 4. your ideas
Tools for pressing/smashing grapes
- Blender, meat grinder
Tools for filtration and siphoning
- Sifter, nylon sock, plastic hose
Cup for sampling
- Cylinder or any narrow transparent cup tall at least 15 cm
Jars/barrels/carboys (fermentation)
Bottles (storage)
2. Shop table grapes from the supermarket:
Tesco, Lidl, Penny Market, Kaufland, Billa, Albert, Rohlik.cz, etc.....
*from one kg of wine (with stems) you will get cya 0.7 l of wine
3. Ingredients for adjustments:
- Sugar (best is cane sugar or crystal sugar) (200 g/l = 21%)

4. Experiment:
Young wine:
Pressing the grapes - maceration (lay on skins) - filtration - sampling- sugar adjustment - fermentation - taste and aroma evaluation - enjoy
Wine:
Pressing the grapes - maceration (lay on skins) - filtration - sampling - sugar adjustment - fermentation - taste and aroma evaluation/herbal infusion - storing - (acidity analysis) - enjoy
