Experiment 2 - Day 1-2
Within my second experiment, I will be making three types of wine: 1) Cuvé Tesco Express (mixed white and red grapes) 2) Dark red wine - Chateau Kaufland, 3) White wine - Chateau Kaufland. All three will be semi-sweet/sweet with an addition of cane sugar.
1) mix of:
Red globe grapes with seeds
Variety: Red Globe
Quality: 1.
Country of origin: Peru
White seedless grapes
Variety: Prime
Quality: 1.
Country of origin: South Africa
2)
Dark red grapes
Variety: Midnight beauty
Quality: 1.
Country of origin: South Africa
3)
White grapes
Variety: Thompson Seedless
Quality: 1.
Country of origin: South Africa
After crushing, I will let the wine to macerate for 2 days - after filter from skins and other particles - later, I will measure the sugars and add sugar accordingly.

Laying on skins - Red must already started fermenting
